Exchange deadline: 15 days from the date of the reception of the order, except in the holiday season: items purchased from November 15th to December 30th can be exchanged until January 30th of the following year.

International exchanges: 30 days from the date of the reception of the order.

Exchange costs: Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Product acceptance conditions: All articles must be returned with the respective labels.

To make an exchange, you must send an email to comercial.azoresforyou@outlook.com, where it must appear: the name, telephone contact, address for receiving the new article, order number, reason for the exchange, reference and size you want to exchange or return and reference and size of the item you want to exchange. After receiving this email, the Azores for You team informs you of the options to follow.
After we receive the item to exchange / return, the item will be evaluated.

In case the information presented online does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the legal terms.
